Ramon Clark, fitmob's Director of Squatology will teach you how to pop, lock and squat; building strength, endurance and a sense of humor through this dynamic workout. Drop It Like A Squat is equal parts strength, cardio and attitude. Best if served chill. Just add you (no additional equipment required).
