WHAT: Downtown Pleasant Hill invites the community to kick off the holiday season with its “Light Up The Night” event featuring a magical holiday tree lighting and free photos with Santa. The festivities will also include horse-drawn carriage rides around City Hall; holiday arts and crafts on Crescent Drive; complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and cookies; music; Studio A Dancers; and caroling.WHEN: November 28th from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
