Description
This year's Cinequest Film Festival presents a double feature with extra bite: "Portrait of a Zombie" and "Mimesis." Dress up in zombie attire for discounted tickets."Portrait of a Zombie" follows a documentary filmmaker stumbles across an Irish family that has an undead son living in their household. While the surrounding townspeople hate the idea of a zombie child living in their midst, the family refuses to kill him, even a zombie epidemic starts taking over the city of Dublin.
Inspired by George A. Romero's classic film "Night of the Living Dead," "Mimesis" seven strangers find themselves trapped in a house together as part of a sadistic game. Unsure of who to trust, they must band together to outwit their undead captors if they want to walk out alive, but what will the night have in store for them?
