Donato Enoteca To Host Valdicava Wine Dinner with Special Guest Vincenzo AbruzzeseDonato Enoteca will host a Valdicava Wine Dinner with Vincenzo Abruzzese on Monday, January 21 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The $185.00 five-course prix fixe wine paired Tuscan cuisine menu will be prepared by Donato Enoteca Executive Chef/owner Donato Scotti. This will be a very rare opportunity to try such vintages and to meet an iconic Italian wine maker. Valdicava is one of the most awarded and sought after Brunello producers. This dinner was more than a year in the making.
