Doc Severinsen is perhaps best known
for his 30-year gig as bandleader on
the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.
He has recorded more than 30 albums
in styles ranging from big band to jazzfusion
to classical. Today, he heads
the acclaimed San Miguel 5. For their
Montalvo concert, they will perform
gorgeous ballads, both Latino and
American, along with some great movie
music and popular Gypsy jazz à la
Django Reinhardt.
