Description
In order to get connected to a deeper part of ourselves, we need a quiet place from which to make shifts of attitude and open ourselves up to the presence, movement and voice of the Spirit. Walking a labyrinth is an opportunity to experience our feelings and thoughts without judgment.Join us for this workshop in which those who are new to the labyrinth will learn about this ancient prayer practice, those who are familiar will share past experiences, and together we will walk the labyrinth at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco. The workshop will be held first at the Journey Center. Then we will carpool to Grace Cathedral in San Francisco to walk the Labyrinth.
