As we heal, we go through levels of awareness and changes.Attend this workshop to learn how receiving Network Care in the Season of Discover can provide greater connection to your core nature – physically and emotionally. We will demonstrate and you will experience the power of connection to move through suffering, polarities, and feeing stuck in a perspective with Stages 1-3 of Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI).
We will review Stage 1 and explore how you can use Stages 2 and 3 in your life to connect with your emotions – the fuel in life for action. These exercises are the keys to healthy relationships, harnessing your creative energy, and taking consistent action in life. Don’t miss out! Workshop fee is $25.
