Description
Lecture and demonstration. See hands-on pruning practice policy below. Meet in the Crafts Area. The beauty of Japanese gardens owes much to their stately mature trees. To attain such grace and age, they must withstand occasional windstorms as well as be properly pruned and cared for. Learn traditional Japanese tree aesthetics and modern tree care science to develop trees with strength, beauty, and health. Instructor will demonstrate both tree care principles and specific pruning techniques.
