About
Defense-ability teaches women's self defense with an emphasis on situational awareness. All of our instructors are female, and our classes are tailored to the lifestyles of our students, including College Safety and Awareness, Mother/Daughter classes, and Moms with Strollers (for moms with infants up to 4 year olds). We also offer Corporate Team Building classes, and our Basic Self Defense course.
In addition to situational awareness, we teach simple, but very effective "take down" moves, allowing you to put your attacker down on the ground and escape.
