The beautiful, historical Whitegate Inn in Mendocino Village is holding a Day of the Dead Feast on All Saints Day, also known as November 1st.The feast will cost $30 per person for non-inn guests and $25 for guests. The menu, which will be made from scratch from authentic recipes, will include Pollo Mole Negro Oaxaqueno, Champurado (a warm chocolate beverage said to nourish and warm the spirits as they come or leave) and Calabaza en Tacha (candied pumpkin).
