Awakening is continuous and ongoing, and as it progresses, there's a natural trust that evolves, a natural support, and gradually we find that vulnerability and letting go are not so threatening anymore. Join Jon for a day of discovery, as we learn to relax and allow this natural force to transform our lives, experience and relationships.This day-long intensive will feature periods of silent sitting and several sessions of satsang, as well as silent breaks for contemplation and unstructured free time for connecting with other attendees.
Jon Bernie is a contemporary spiritual teacher in the lineage of Adyashanti and was also profoundly influenced by mentors Jean Klein and Robert Adams. He offers a simple, sometimes playful, heart-centered approach to awakening, attunement to the direct experience of presence, profound guidance on an energetic level, and the potential for emotional healing and transformation.
