Date Night

Description

Need a summer, romantic night out on the town? We have you covered! Drop the kid(s) off for a good old fashion night of fun! We’ll keep your child(ren) engaged with hands-on science experiments and models, microscopes, an interactive SMART board, a stroll in the park and a movie. In addition, they get to hang out in our Critter Corner and feed rainbow trout, meet Patch the rabbit, a turtle, toads, tadpoles, a gopher and king snake, and two species of native lizards. They’ll be exhausted and ready for bed when you pick them up!

Pre-registration is required, and space is limited to 15 children. For more information call 408-298-7657. This program takes place at the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy Visitor & Education Center, 438 Coleman Ave in San Jose which is conveniently located near: San Jose Market Center, San Pedro Square, Japantown San Jose, Teske’s Germania Restaurant & Beer Garden, Camera 12 Cinema, San Jose Improv, San Jose Repertory Theatre, Little Italy, Santana Row, CineArts @ Sanata Row Movie, CA Theatre – Opera San Jose, SAP Center, San Jose Center for the Performing Arts, San Jose Museum of Art, Municipal Stadium – San Jose Giants, San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art, 4th Street Bowl and much more.

A snack of celery, carrots, broccoli, and ranch will be served, please notify staff about food allergies.
