Dancing on the Square

Description

Redwood City is hosting a free dance series every Tuesday evening throughout the summer, providing you with the chance to see and learn the Tango, Swing, Cha-Cha, Salsa, Waltz, Country Western, Belly Dance and more. There will be a 30-minute demonstration followed by public participation. Open to all ages and skill level. No prior experience needed.

July 6: Country Western instructed by Arthur Murray

July 13: Waltz instructed by Imperial Ballroom

July 20: Salsa instructed by Vera Quijano

July 27: Cha Cha instructed by Imperial Ballroom

August 3: Line Dancing instructed by Rita's Rock and Rodeo

August 10: Fox Trot instructed by Imperial Ballroom

August 17: Tango instructed by Arthur Murray

August 24: Rumba instructed by Arthur Murray

August 31: Salsa instructed by Vera Quijano

September 7: Belly Dance instructed by Marie Soderlund

September 14: Swing/Charleston instructed by RedwoodCitySwing.com

September 21: Salsa instructed by Vera Quijano

Some dance nights will be accompanied by live bands. Bring your friends, learn to dance and be prepared to have some fun.
