French artist Cyrille Aimée rejoins guitarist Diego Figueiredo for this special musical experience.

Vocalist Cyrille Aimée fell in love with gypsy music in France. Her young passion for music, and past musical inspirations shine in her recent features; Aimee has catapulted into the international jazz scene with five albums out, including her new 2013 release Cyrille Aimée & The Surreal Band, featuring Joel Frahm.

At 29, Diego Figueiredo is an international mainstay in the guitar world; recording, orchestrating, and performing with legendary Brazilian artists, and even capturing the ears of Pat Matheny and other renowned artists.

Collectively Aimée and Figueiredo have both won numerous awards, like 1st place in the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival Competition (an award which Figueiredo has captured twice), the 2010 International Thelonious Monk Competition, the 2012 International Sarah Vaughan Competition, and second place in the VISA Prize of Instrumental Brazilian Popular Music. Both artists will perform with a hint of gypsy flavor and inspiration from the merging French culture and Brazilian culture both will bring to the stage.
