Making something with your hands reduces anxiety while stimulating the brain. Treat yourself to a meditation in motion and learn to crochet! Local artist and cat lover Aparna Costa will lead a sweet workshop offering beginner basics. Enjoy a time out of your day, get creative, spend time with cats, make new friends, and leave with a project and sense of accomplishment! All materials provided. Appropriate for ages 12 and above!Contribution: $30 (includes all materials and time with the cats)
