Description
"The Thing Quarterly" is a unique publication which invites artists, writers, musicians and filmmakers to create a useful object that incorporates text in some way. This program presented by the Institute of Contemporary Art and the San Jose Museum of Art features "The Thing Quarterly" editors Jonn Herschend and Will Rogan as they discuss their collaborative projects and the realm of their publications.Program Timeline:
1pm: Lecture with Jonn Herschend and Will Rogan of The Thing Quarterly at SJMA. Moderated by curator, Jodi Throckmorton.
until 5pm: Bookish walkthrough at SJMA and One Thing Leads to Another exhibition visit and ICA Print Center tour and demonstration
3pm-5pm: Wine reception at the ICA
