Description

Overview
Need to hit the refresh button on your cookie recipes? If you’re looking to spruce up your repertoire of old standbys (think: chocolate chip), consider our cookie class. Our pastry chefs have vetted eight cookie recipes so you don’t have to go through the hassle of filtering through and testing recipes. Each one of our recipes hit the cookie trifecta: feasible, creative, and addictive. During this four-hour class, you’ll learn how to make the following cookies:

Almond spritz cookie
Vanilla crescents
Candied ginger sablee
Italian sesame cookies
Pistachio grapefruit biscotti
Cornets with white chocolate cream
Chocolate heaven cookies
Meyer lemon shortbread
Plus, you’ll walk away understanding the difference between “creaming butter” and “cutting in butter” techniques (think: Does one technique make a chewier or lighter cookie?), and you’ll be able to practice piping out cookies. The class will dabble with different ingredients such as fruits and nuts to create interesting flavors and textures.
