When we can get to our intuitive heart, we can avoid old habits of thinking, feeling and doing. Based on Buddha's teachings, this talk presents the Dharma inspired method for living by intention and not default.The teacher, Amy Cayton has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1990 and a student of Buddhism since 1999. She is the creator of the original Buddhist Psychology emphasis at JFK University.
