Eddie Lam, Executive Chef of the Asian Fusion Straits Restaurant in San Fran will be doing a cooking demonstration on Sat. July 28th at Williams-Sonoma (340 Post Street on the north side of Union Square) from 3-5pm. He will be making Bali Style Five Spice BBQ Pork Spare Ribs and samples will be given out. This event is open to the public and is free.
