Our sense of taste is limited to sweet, spicy, salty, sour, and savory. Everything else we call flavor depends on our sense of smell. For one night only, chef Dana Tommasino and author Alyssa Harad will present a series of "scent courses" inspired by the artistry of California perfumers designed to wake up your nose, your palate and your imagination. Please join us, as we feature the scents of five local perfumers, for what is sure to be a memorable evening.
