Come Sailing Aboard a Classic Schooner

Come Sailing with "Call of the Sea" aboard our 82-foot classic Schooner! Below you will find our Public Sail Schedule for 2010. We offer a variety of 3-hour sails around San Francisco Bay and a few full day sails out to the Farallon Islands. Individuals, groups, and families are welcome. The proceeds from these sails help support our educational programs for underserved youth.

We also offer private charters and overnight programs for youth and adults (Voyage Seaward).


ADVENTURE SAILS, Saturday Mornings, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Help the crew raise sails and steer the boat, or just sit back and enjoy the view! Morning winds are typically light so we often get to sail under the Golden Gate Bridge. This is a great sail for families. Snacks and beverages included.
Adults: $40 / Youth (6 - 12) $25 / Kids (under 6) Free
DATES SCHEDULED: March 27 April 10 May 8 May 15 June 5

SUNSET SAILS, Friday evenings, 6 to 8:30pm
Watch the sunset from the deck of our 82' schooner, SEAWARD. This is a relaxing way to end the week! Wine, beer, beverages and appetizers included. Don't forget your sweater.

FARALLONES SAILS, 8 am - 8 pm
We will sail 27 miles outside the Golden Gate to the Farallon Islands National Wildlife Refuge. We should arrive around mid-day for some sightseeing as we sail close to the islands. Marine mammals and seabirds abound! The trip includes a light breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Depending on the weather, this can be a challenging sail, so be prepared.

MOTHER'S DAY AFTERNOON SAIL, Sunday 10 - 1pm
Celebrate with your family by spending the afternoon sailing around San Francisco Bay aboard SEAWARD. Brunch and beverages included.
