Description
We welcome Gideon Beinstock of Clos Saron winery, an organic, artisanal winery based in the Sierra Foothills. Gideon crafts some of our very favorite wines, distinct and wholesome beverages with great complexity.He will host a dinner at our wine bar, introducing each wine and conversing with diners as we feast on a fabulous meal prepared by Hannah Hoffman of La Dolce Vehicle.
Gideon's wines are extremely limited production, often produced in quantities of 100 cases or less. That said, he has agreed to offer special discounts on wines purchased that evening, so this is an ideal time to collect some of California's best and rarest wines.
The cost is $75/person plus 18% gratuity, which is due in advance.
Seating is limited to just 20 people, so don't hesitate!
We look forward to hosting you and showcasing the prodigious talents of both winemaker and chef.
