Project One, an art gallery and lounge located in San Francisco’s design district, showcases the work of emerging contemporary artists and hosts both up-and-coming and globally recognized DJs in their 3,200 square foot converted warehouse space, which features a state-of-the-art sound system and full bar.

Gallery director Brooke Waterhouse, who is also a member of the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts’ board of directors, curates a constant monthly rotation of exhibits representing a diverse mix of local, national, and international artists. P1 has been praised by the New York Times for its “devoted and eclectic clientele” and sophisticated ambiance. This hybrid gallery/lounge is also ideally suited for private events.
