Description

The Cleantech Open sponsors a day-long conference to bring the brightest and most engaging minds together to discuss how we can ensure that cleantech leads the economic recovery, and that our most innovative entrepreneurs receive the support they need. Panels will discuss topics such as Smart Decision Making for a Dumb Grid, Auto Industry: Legacy Versus Efficiency, What’s Slowing Down Energy Efficiency Adoption?, and Water: the 21st Century Strategic Resource. Keynote speakers include the Under Secretary of Energy, the co-founder of Recycle Bank, and the vice president of the Kauffman Foundation. You’ll see cleantech in action, with exhibits from Cleantech Open alumni companies, semifinalists in this year’s business competition, and Chevron’s Tech Screen. You’ll leave the day inspired to accelerate the cleantech revolution and encourage entrepreneurship and with increased clarity about how to make cleantech a key factor in our economic policy.
