Chris Miroyan: Recent Paintings
A solo exhibit of recent paintings by Santa Cruz Open Studio artist Chris Miroyan will be on display July 6 through August 8 at Lulu’s at the Octagon (at the Museum of Art & History), 118 Cooper St., downtown Santa Cruz. A closing gathering on First Friday, August 6, from 5–8PM will provide an opportunity to meet the artist.
Defined by bold pattern and color, and populated with birds and layer cakes, Miroyan’s art uses tongue-in-cheek narrative to poke fun at our human condition.
