Ozumo San Francisco, Embarcadero District�s innovative and contemporary Japanese concept, is offering a specialty Cherry Blossom Festival Menu. From March 14 � April 17th, Ozumo San Francisco�s Chef de Cuisines will be showcasing new weekly dishes and hand-crafted cocktails inspired by Japan�s famed Sakura and the flavors of spring. This menu is timed to the iconic and historic Japanese Cherry Blossom Festival, which welcomes the turn of the seasons by bringing together people to marvel at the beauty of the blossoms over springtime food and celebratory beverages. Enjoy menu highlights such as Pan seared Japanese �Spring Fish,� or pike mackerel, with kelp linguini, English peas, pickled chiogga beets and leek flan or Spicy maguro, avocado and cucumber roll, topped with fresh salmon, pickled wasabi and yuzu tobiko, while sipping on specialty cocktails such as The Sakura, served with Smirnoff Vodka, Chambord, nigorizake, St. Germain and lemon juice.
