Description
Class #3 of a three-part series we call Champagne College. This final course takes us back to the motherland, where wine first became bubbly, and navigates the styles of a region synonymous with sparkling through a thorough tasting of top blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, rose, and NV blends too.$45 per person. Limited seating. (Not necessary to have attended the other classes in this series in order to join in on this event.)
