Chamber Music by the Bay, San Francisco Bay Area's new chamber music performance and education series, launches its inaugural season from May 26-June 3, 2012. To cap off its first season, join CMB for its inaugural concert, NEW HORIZONS, in collaboration with students from Saratoga and Lynbrook High Schools, on Sunday, June 3, 2012, at 3:00PM, at Saratoga Presbyterian Church (20455 Herriman Avenue, Saratoga), FREE admission.Chamber Music by the Bay (CMB) shares chamber music performances and educational programs with equal focus on performance and dialogue in public schools and communities throughout the South Bay. Founded by professional musicians and alumni of Bay Area music programs, CMB's inaugural season features teaching artists Zenas Hsu and Alex Shiozaki (violins), Jessica T. Chang (viola), and Tobin Low (cello).
Other free events open to the public include: Sunday, May 27, 2012, at 2:00PM at Saratoga Library (13650 Saratoga Avenue, Saratoga); Monday, May 28, 2012 at 1:00PM at El Camino Hospital (2500 Grant Road, Mountain View); and Saturday, June 2, 2012, at 2:00PM at Morgan Hill Library (660 West Main Avenue, Morgan Hill).
