This workshop will help you understand your chakras, the impact they have in your life and how to work with them to keep them balanced and healthy. The chakras are our own internal support team and when they are happy and healthy they work toghether to create happiness and abundance in our lives. Come and find out how to make the most of your team!

This workshop will cover:
* Names, locations and characters of Chakras
* Resonant properties of the chakras, colors, tones, crystals and oils
* Major and minor chakras
* How chakras affect our behavior when open and when blocked
* How to maintain the integrity of your energy field
* Practical exercises that you can do at home to keep the shiny and happy
* Includes take away notes on the course
