Cetrella Restaurant's July 26 Sunday Brunch will include live performances by members of Opera San Jose. Brunch from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, arias from Manon, Cinderella, The Marriage of Figaro and La Rondine between noon and 1:00 pm.Sunday Brunch at Cetrella ($35.00 plus a la carte options) features the progressive French cuisine of Executive Chef Sylvain Montassier.Montassier’s French technique complements locally sourced ingredients such as wild diver and line caught seafood and pedigreed meats and poultry including Alaskan halibut, American Kobe short ribs, and artisanal products from Balakian, Daylight, Giusti, Harley, Iacopi and Pastorino farms.
The Opera San Jose artists performing will be Rebecca Schussler (Soprano), Betany Coffland (Mezzo Soprano), Alexander Boyer (Tenor) and Krassen Karagiozov (Baritone). There will be a raffle conducted during the brunch with the prize being a certificate for a pair of season opening night tickets to the Manon, on September 12, 2009.
