On New Year's Eve, Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael will be open from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM with dinner service beginning at 5:30 PM serving the regular a la carte menu and plus a la carte specials in the spirit of the occasion. In the newly refurbished Grate Room, beginning at 8:00 PM, Joan Osborne will perform 2 sets, featuring Mark Karan and Keith Cotton, plus there will be an opening set by Mark Karan.
