The Improvisator, master of rare world instruments, concludes his 24th winter festival in Clos Pegase Winery's majestic Cave Theatre on Saturday, January 2nd and Sunday, January 3rd, both at 2 pm: "Cave Of The Drums" (for the New Year) features reverberating drums, delicate bells, chimes, gongs, xylophones, kalimbas, some melodic carols on surprise instruments and more.



The wine country multi-instrumentalist's annual Carols In The Caves solstice season is an exotic experience of ancient instruments in awesome acoustics, a Cave Music sound spa for the mind. This yuletide rite is a relaxing balm for trying times, combining ancient tradition, artistic creativity and moments of enjoyable audience participation in an informal celebration of holiday spirit and human potential.



Carols In The Caves is a musical quest for seasonal simplicity. No two shows are ever alike; an informal spirit of sharing is the common thread.
