Like rhythms in nature, there are rhythms in our body. As we grow, we fall out of these rhythms due to stress, and as a result, move away from being our natural selves. Also, know more about breathing based meditation- Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, a technique taught in Happiness Program, that help restore our natural rhythms, de-stress as well as energize our body.
