Description
Millions of dogs and cats, many of them stolen pets, are illegally slaughtered and eaten in Guangdong, China. Guangdong in September 2014 became California's Sister State. We urge our Governor Brown to tell Governor Zhu of Guangdong that this dog and cat meat trade must be stopped. It is not right for us to promote trade, education and culture with a Sister State that slaughters and eats dogs and cats.More Info
