Description
The California State Alumni Association invites all to join them for Cal State Founders Day in celebration of the 150th Anniversary of California state higher education. The day will begin at 3pm at the 7th Street Plaza across from the Event Center with a Cal State history tour and walk to the Cal State Bell next to Clark Hall. A rally at the bell to commemorate the California State Normal School will follow at 4pm. At 4:30pm, there will be a visit to the Cal State High Education Exhibit in University Special Collections, Room 560, on the 5th floor of the MLK Library. A Library Symposium on "Cal State Educational History in san Jose and Marketing Yourself as a CSU Graduate from San Jose State" will follow at 5pm.
