Join Cabrillo College's Advanced Culinary Arts students for their annual Oktoberfest celebration of food and beer with Seabright Brewery! At the Pino Alto restaurant in the lovely Sesnon House, Advanced Culinary Arts students will create four, German-inspired courses to pair with four rereshing Seabright Brewery craft brews.Oktoberfest Menu
1st course paired with Sasion du Ma
Wild mushroom, Apple and Gruyere Cheese Strudel
2nd Course paired with Pelican Pale Ale
House-made Grilled Sausage with Celeriac, Arugula and Hazelnut Salad
3rd course paired with Seabright Amber ale
Beef Rouladen with Potato Pancake and Braised Red Cabbage
Dessert course paired with Oatmeal Stout
Ginger Cake with Oatmeal Stout Ice Cream, Dried Plum Brandy sauce and Candied Walnuts
