The Penthouse Club & Steakhouse showcases a sumptuous fine dining menu from a Michelin-rated Executive Chef Michael Ellis. Chef Ellis has earned numerous accolades for his culinary excellence at some of the finest restaurants in California, including the Michelin-rated Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg.
His Modern American Steakhouse menu features premium dry aged, American Kobe, and organic grass fed beef selections, as well as chops, fresh sustainable seafood and pasta dishes, and locally raised seasonal produce. An extensive list of rare vintages, sparkling wines and premium spirits will also be offered.
