Santa Cruz County SCORE is offering this workshop for the first time. Participants who wish to buy a business will learn: how to evaluate yourself;select your acquisition team; how to assess your funding sources; etc. Participants who wish to sell their business will learn: when to begin the process; what are your objectives; preparing for the sale; etc. Target audience are those businesses with a value up to $50,000.Rex Walters, a senior broker at Coast Business Brokerage of Santa Cruz, is the presenter.
