We are a family-run business seeking to promote fitness and wellbeing in our community. We offer a mixing of the arts class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays and Sundays at 12pm. Private sessions are by appointment only. We offer personal training, pilates on the reformer, holistic nutrition consulting and classes in martial arts and self-defense.
