Description
Learn simple and effective tools to release stress, manage negative emotions, increase focus, and re-energize. These techniques and tips will be useful throughout your life! The sessions will also include a discussion of the sources of energy in our daily lives. Instructors from the International Association for Human Values will be leading the workshops. Feel free to attend one, two, or all of the sessions - the content will vary by session.When: Wednesday 8/19, Thursday 8/20, and Friday 8/21, from 12pm-1pm each day
Where: UCSF Parnassus Campus - Meet at Saunders Court (we may move into a nearby classroom after the session starts, so please be on time or call if you can't find us)
