BRAZA! has been on fire lately and will add fuel to its flames on October 1st with DJ SMASH, internationally-acclaimed DJ, producer and re-mixer, who's dropping an exclusive all Brazilian set! Hailing from Manhattan, Smash has been rocking turntables across the globe, and releasing records since 1989 when he founded the first of several of his own independent dance labels, such as Eightball and New Breed Records. ... He's compiled and remixed internationally released projects for labels such as Blue Note and Instinct/Acid Jazz Records, and in recent years he toured the Motown Remixed Project in various cities across the U.S. As testament to his eclectic taste, his remix credits include works by Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Guru's Jazzmatazz, Herbie Hancock, Cassandra Wilson, Groove Collective and many others.
