We are launching our third Community Book Group season with My Stroke of Insight, a memoir that details brain scientist Jill Bolte Tayolor's moving account of how her own life changed after she experienced a stroke. A group discussion of My Stroke of Insight will begin at 7:00pm and be led by facilitator Julie Minnis. At 7:30, we will be joined by neuroscientist Bruce Bridgeman, UCSC Professor of Psychology and Psychobiology, who will share his insight into the mysteries of the brain.
