Join us at the Homeless Garden Project Holiday Store to making the connections between several farmers featured in Cultivating a Movement, a book of oral history interviews, and a new venture in Watsonville – Farm Fuel Inc. Focusing on research and development of plant-based soil amendments, fertilizers, and biofuels that can be grown on the farm, Farm Fuel co-founders Ken Kimes and Sandra Ward, of NewNatives and Jim Cochrane of Swanton Berry Farm will make a short presentation along with Farm Fuel Inc. CEO and chief researcher Stefanie Bourcier, and then sign books.The HGP Holiday store is located at 110 Cooper Street Suite 1006, in the breezeway between Pacific Ave. and Abbott Square (behind the MAH)
