July is National Blueberry Month and McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood Restaurant in San Francisco and Spenger’s Fresh Fish Grotto in Berkeley are making the most of it by offering Blueberry Shortcake as their summer dessert special through August 31.For every Blueberry Shortcake purchased, the restaurants will make a donation to the American Heart Association.
For only $4.95, guests can enjoy freshly baked shortcake with lemon essence filled with orange-marinated highbush blueberries and topped with whipped cream and crème fraiche.
