Description
When I was in high school, school dances bummed me out because there was always a DJ and the DJ always sucked (unless you were into Puff Daddy and Juvenile). I’d come home and complain to my parents, who would reminiscence on their high school days when real live humans would come and play instruments at school dances. Indeed, there’s something invigorating about seeing a human being blaze through a guitar solo or sweat it out on the microphone- that’s a real party, and that’s exactly what Big City Revue is all about. They bring the funk, the rock, and even a little old-school swing to every event, ensuring a dance-party where nobody clings to the wall like a nervous sixteen year old with braces and a bad haircut.
