Come spend some time with Culture Kitchen cook Aradhita learning about the Bengali New Year, making and feasting on an incredible Bengali meal!You'll learn how to make fish in the Kalia style, which is one of Bengal's signature dishes. You'll also learn how to make a paneer and peas dish the homemade way, without the extra oil and grease they use in restaurants, plus a great rice dish that you can make anytime you want an alternative to plain white rice. Of course, no meal would be complete with out dessert, so Aradhita will teach you how to make a traditional Bengali dessert: light and sweet steamed yogurt (think of it as Indian cheesecake).
