The Beer Making Book Tour comes to San Francisco, February 13, in the beautful Hands On Gourmet loft kitchen for an evening of beer making fun!The Brooklyn Brew Shop will be brewing up their Spring Lager. You will be making beer inspired food dishes alongside H.O.G. chefs and learning all the steps from grain to suds to get brewing on your stovetop.
Ticket includes the Brooklyn BrewShop Beer Making Book.

Beer 1: Bourbon Dubbel, paired with:
Bastilla
Moroccan- sweet potato pastries
Ginger, cilantro, almonds and cinnamon

Barbeque Duck with Green Papaya Salad
Sonoma duck breast, soy, rice vinegar, and brown sugar
