BAZAAR BIZARRE SAN FRANCISCO: INDIE CRAFTSTRAVAGANZA!Community - Sustainability - Small Business - Artists and Craftsmen
The Northern California branch of this nationally renowned craft fair will take place on November 30th 2008 from 10 am to 5 pm at the San Francisco County Fair Building in Golden Gate Park. With the DIY/handmade phenomenon at its peak, check out the event that started it all. Shoppers can expect to find the crème de la crème of indie goods: handbags, pottery, letterpress stationary, silk screened t-shirts, baby clothes, body products and more!
Bazaar Bizarre San Francisco will offer attendees an opportunity to purchase handmade goods, groove to local musical entertainment, attend craft workshops and enjoy local food.
Shop Sustainably, Shop Indie
Bazaar Bizarre San Francisco (BBSF) will feature 110 plus indie crafters and designers from across the country. The event will also serve as a networking opportunity for indie designers and businesses from the Bay Area and the US.
Indie Music, Crafty Cupcakes and Food For Charity
Holiday grooving DJs will be providing entertainment throughout the day. In the auditorium you can also catch the popular band StitchCraft (http://www.stitchcraftmusic.com/).

Giving Back To The Art Community
Bazaar Bizarre San Francisco believes in the power of community and the wealth of resources we can offer to each other through art and craft. 50% of this year's door fees will be donated to the Out of Site Center For Arts Education (http://www.outofsitesf.org/).
Our food vendor will be the hardworking "men in brown" - the UPS Community Volunteers! They'll be serving up hot coffee, tea, snacks and food to benefit Self-Help for the Elderly (http://www.selfhelpelderly.org/).
