Bayfair Center is set to celebrate summer in a big way, with Summer Sand-Sation Celebration – a day filled with free summertime fun in Center Court! The Sand Guys, a team of professional sand sculpture artists currently featured on the Travel Channel’s Television Show Sand Masters, will build a super-siezed custom sandcastle sculpture live in Center Court. In addition to creating the six-foot sandcastle live on-site; the Sand Guys will also demonstrate sandcastle building techniques and host hands-on workshops. All ages are invited to attend and participate in a variety of free beach-themed family fun including sandcastle building stations, sand-themed arts and crafts, hula lessons, balloon twisting, face painting, prize giveaways and more. The Hipwaders, a Bay Area-based top “kindie” band, will keep the crowd dancing as they perform fun, educational and catchy songs for kids tweens and parents to dance and sing along.
