Join local estate planning attorney Eric B. Norris for the fundamentals of estate planning. Eric will explain the differences between wills and trusts, how they work for you, and recent updates to estate planning law that may make your current trust obsolete. Eric will also explain why every everyone should have an Advance Health Care Directive.Eric B. Norris graduated from the Santa Clara University Law School in 1998. He has done substantial pro-bono work for the Pro Bono Project of San Jose, and as a private attorney, including representing homeless activists accused of disrupting a San Jose City Council Meeting. Currently his practice is focused on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Probate law.
